Good teams. Easy to get job without previous experience. New employees receive good education before taking on tasks.

Cons

Mostly a job for a short period of time. Gets boring after a while. Very many rules and strict times for allowed pauses from work.

Cons

Transcom is a great place to work, but it does not really have advancement opportunities. If they do, you feel like you are working at the same level.
