Pros

Good co-workers and benefits. Flexible allows telecommuting when needed.

Cons

No raises or paid bonuses (potential to get bonus, but no direct control over targets and targets are not realistic/not based on performance). New hires get much higher salary but little to no training how to do their job - so they are paid much more than the loyal employees who have to pick up the slack and show them the ropes. It can be demoralizing. High turn-over and few unmotivated employees making it difficult to accomplish anything. Poor technology.

Pros

The only reason to work at Transcom Worldwide Spain is some of the colleagues.

Cons

The company tolerates the bad behavior and attitude. The ethics issues are not even taken into consideration. There is a fixed policy of high staff rotation. When someone expresses a different opinion he is fired.
