      It is a great job for people who does not like to be in the sun, great pay to start off,

      Cons

      it is very stressful answering 100 - 200 calls a day from people complaining about their services, with barely no room for error

      Pros

      basic pay is 16k, plus 2k allow. , you get 1k appraisal upon regularization. and another 1k upon completing 2000 worked/logged hours.. great place to work at for people who resides in pasig area, and rizal area. great people to work with. TLs are very friendly and approachable, and very supportive.

      Cons

      One thing I hate about this company is the medical benefit. I'd rate their medical benefit 1* only.. It's very poor... If you're looking for a high paying company go with transcom. but if you're also after great benefits, dont consider transcom
