There is not much positive to say right now, other than the fact that I am able to earn a living. Additionally, I have developed my knowledge of working within the transportation industry.
Cons
The regional leadership is not willing to make the hard decisions needed to move this business in the right direction. They overwork employees and the leadership have unreasonable expectation for one person, in charge of one division on one shift to now run the business 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. They go home and don't give the work place a second thought because they expect one person to be available 24 hours a day. There is no home work mix here and apparently they are expecting work without pay sort of thinking.
