No communication not very good pay and the manager curses people out for little things.

Bad management made one mistake was told on a Monday and fired on Friday the same week didn't give me one day to fix it. they planed to fire me right after the talk on Monday. i got poor advise which i followed but then i was told it didn't matter he didn't have the time to help me improve.
