Thank you for your review, your employee experience is important to us . The only instance in which a full-time employee would not be offered benefits, would be in a contractor role. The agreements between Transwest and their contracted employees varies. If you are not a contracted employee, I recommend that you reach out to the HR team to receive their input. Commute time clean store and shop. Good heat and lighting. A few friendly co workers.

Cons

Stand around unpaid with 10-12 other techs waiting for jobs / customers. In a 10 hr shift you might bill out 3-4 hr. So you would get paid your hourly rate x 3-4 hr.
