      Upward mobility for employees focused in corporate office promotions, not satellite offices. Managers overloaded with properties and overwhelmed.

      Pros

      The corporate office is very friendly and they have a good work ethic. Communications to all employees are wonderful they try to keep everyone involved no matter your status in the company.

      Cons

      Because of the many different ownerships the corporate accounting side is not always consistent.

      Pros

      There are some great people who work for the company. They try to plan fun activities to have employees be involved.

      Cons

      The company doesn't value employees the way they should. At times, those so called fun events are more mandatory than optional, even though they are on off work hours.
