Laid back work style and not much responsibility. Get a basic overview of the company.

Pay is brutal. They need to teach interns more about the industry.

Pros

Flexible in work schedule, they even give you a day off to volunteer somewhere. Good benefits.

Cons

Not paid nearly what you are worth. Finding out others in my field are paid about $10-15k more, doing less.
