Pros

The environment is nice. Austin office is nice.

Cons

There isn't much diversity within the Austin Office. It very much dominated by white males!

Pros

- The teams are collaborative - There is enough business to go around - There are ample resources/tools to service clients - There is an openness to expand our resources/tools - The company is flat - Other service lines and support are responsive The company is trying to grow and become more competitive. The challenges of the CRE landscape have made this process slow and steady. It will be interesting to see how the company continues to evolve over the next few years.

Cons

- Would like to see leadership diversify and expand geographically - Would like to see the company be more progressive, i.e., set trends rather than follow them
