Pros

Some nice, genuine coworkers, maybe like three.

Cons

It feels like highschool. The ‘popular’ coworkers who aren’t even that great have say in all things. Expectations aren’t communicated. Your boss expects you to work outside regular office hours even though you’re salary.

Pros

While you are an analyst you get great exposure to different parts of the commercial real estate business. Upper management is kind and willing to help.

Cons

Position itself can sometimes get repetitive and you don’t always see the final product of what you work on which isn’t always great.
