Pros

I really enjoy working for this company. Everybody treats each other with a lot of respect. Pretty much like family. They are super understanding of a lot of things. The pay is really well. The benefits are really good

Pros

National company with some protection due to business lines in other states

Cons

Local leadership does not allow you to communicate with them. They don't provide any kind of support, including simply encouraging professional development- they don't pay for it, don't encourage it, and ignore requests for discussions or conversations about professional growth. They expect participation and responsiveness to non-emergency items while on PTO as well.
