Pros

I've been at Transwestern for 10 years and love it. The company's motto of "Empowering Good People to do Extraordinary Things" is 100% accurate. If someone wants to thrive, grow, make positive changes, and influence the culture, there is absolutely an opportunity for that here. We are given a voice and the resources we need to be successful.

Cons

No work place is perfect, but this one comes close!

Pros

Great opportunity to take ownership of work and many of platforms to get work done.

Cons

The natural flow of work gets held up when there is no one to do the work. Hiring mediocre people and expecting them to excel is not a way to create the foundation of success.

Pros

Benefits and growth opportunities. They’re private!

Cons

Long hours and unresponsive management.
