Each level of management treats all employees with respect regardless of job title.

Cons

There was a lack of clear direction in my particular office. My role had me receiving direction from up to 10 coworkers and many time this direction differed among each coworker. I was trained to do specific tasks from one coworker only to have a manager tell me that it was done incorrectly. Sometimes I would receive incorrect orders from upper management themselves. My requests for assistance would often go unanswered - phone calls not returned, no responses to emails.

However, we have received recognition in Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas as a "Best Place to Work" from the various business journals, and a "Best Company to Work For" for the entire state of Texas. We do have methods for team members to report issues confidentially, and those reports are thoroughly investigated by independent team members. Thank you for your candid comments.
