      I can't give pros for a job that after 5 months at being at, they haven't defined or given me a role here.

      Upper management complains about being so busy, even to train and onboard their new hires, yet doesn't know how to delegate enough. If you want to sit in an office and be a slave to corporate America to its core, you have found the right place.
