Pros

Brokers like to keep deals to themselves but will throw you bones if you put in the hours. You will learn how to block and tackle but will not get rich here. Definitely sets you up for success at a second job in RE.

Cons

Not so great pay. Mentorship is lacking but it is definitely due to somebody leaving when I was brought on.
