Pros

I loved my boss and learned so much from her because she is a great leader and took the time to invest in her employees.

Cons

The upper management employees were not good people managers. Many of them had been promoted for simply being at the company for a long time.

Pros

Brokers and employees were great to work with decent pay

Cons

Management only cares about brokers and not the support staff. If you speak up and disagree management retaliates against you and they get the backing of HR which is unethical. Mgt fired employees under the guise of reorganization and their positions being eliminated. Created new roles stating that the position required a marketing/graphics degree however the next person they hired had 0 degrees or experience. They only wanted to have a young staff that would be yes men.
