Pros

They have some good health incentive programs.

Cons

Very poor management, especially in the Denver market. I've heard the Texas offices are great but somehow other states are run differently and the moral compass is not good. Poor management, bad work environment.

Pros

Great supervisor. Staff is knowledgeable. Company has earned many awards, understandably.

Cons

TW really needs to move forward in terms of allowing employees time to be more flexible. There are so many companies that now offer flex time, 37.5 hour work weeks, work from home ability. While some positions there can do this, they do not offer to the employees who are in the cubes..9 to 5ivers.

Pros

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement

Cons

Working in the wrong department. Discrimination. Submitting for vacation / dental appointments is a crime.
