      They value their employees. You are compensated financially EVERY YEAR. You receive annual bonus. Great benefits including health insurance options.

      None as far as I'm concerned.

      Pros

      Excellent internal communication and transparency, abundant corporate resources and support, and uplifting culture. I loved my time at Transwestern, the people are awesome and I felt lucky to be a part of the team.

      Cons

      IT tends to oversell and roll out new systems and platforms before adequate testing, causing a lot of problems for the users. Many highly advertised programs are abandoned or forgotten after they have been rolled out due to lack or prior testing. Many corporate departments operate by region creating silos and inconsistent practices across the country.
