      Good company values and culture; flexible with schedules and telecommuting opportunities; friendly environment not cut throat; high employee longevity

      Cons

      Never give raises & pay is low to begin with; no room for growth even though they say there is; benefits aren't good unless you have been there 5-10+ yrs
