      Pros

      I have worked for Travel Inc. for over 20 years and am very fortunate to be a part of the team. The executive staff is very visible and engaged in both the internal and external customer. Our goal is to be and easy company to do business with and the absolute best in customer service. It's a wonderful feeling to know I play an important role in our success.

      Cons

      I really don't have any negatives. If a situation or issue comes up, I go to my manager and it's addressed. Also, I know I can go directly to the president of the company if need be. Our roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and all the executives have an open door policy.

      Pros

      Overall, it's a good company to work for. Most co-workers are very friendly and eager to help if you have questions. Management I've dealt with, for the most part, has always been very easy to work with, and understanding of issues that may come up.

      Cons

      No pay raises. There are opportunities for corporate agents to earn monthly bonuses, but for anyone that is not an agent, there really isn't anything else. Getting raises is like pulling teeth, which is a shame, because otherwise, it's a decent company.

      Pros

      Everyone at the company is like family. Super nice people from temps all the way to President and CEO. Open door policy for everyone. Growing really fast. Great benefits package. Most employed very long time.

      Cons

      Do to growth, sometimes it gets too hectic and company feels sometimes as it's stuck in small company mentality. Everyone needs things done yesterday. The pay is not that great compared to the industry standards. And not much advancement opportunity.
