      Pros

      This place has felt like home, which is a testament to why I have been here for 5 years and counting. It's a collaborative environment that truly empowers and cares for their associates. We work hard, but it's a jovial atmosphere where laughter and smiles are common.

      Cons

      None. I have had many jobs in my career and this is by far been the best experience.

      Pros

      Family friendly and life work balance, incentives and bonus are a great motivator. The CEO is truly a great business man, his employees are well recognized

      Cons

      Winter time...the pressure to work over time is too much, the "cliques" within certain "teams" is almost childlike and rather disturbing.

      While working for Travel Incorporated for more than 25yrs, I still feel passionate about my job and look forward to the challenges of the next day. TI is highly innovative, always looking for ways to enhance our automation, streamline processes and encourages suggestions from everyone. We have high standards, are very ethical in our practices and an easy company to work and do business with. Our benefits package is excellent, as well. Being a family owned business, I feel as though we are all part of the TI Family and care about each other, including Management. I love my job and everyone here. I am honored to work with such a wonderful group of colleagues. You ought to join us !!

      I don't have any negatives. Management has an open door policy and is receptive to any concerns/comments any of us might bring to the table.
