      Pros

      Great company benefits Don’t have to worry about falling behind on missed work when on PTO. Only deal with customers once, no follow up calls after stressful interactions.

      Cons

      Very stressful environment Unrealistic expectations from management in regards to not getting time between calls to breathe. Working weekends (not having 2 consecutive days off) Working Christmas on a Sunday was not considered a holiday since the bank holiday was the Monday. Felt like our position was often forgotten about and that we were not important.

      Good benefits. Company stands behinds it's values.

      Cons

      Merit increases are horrible and rarely match or come near to inflation. Management has zero accountability and no action is taken against managers who create/host toxic environments or who do not know how to manage their team.

      Great benefits, great technology , great location

      Cons

      miserable managers being dictated by long term tenured executives and directors that don't let you use the benefits offered. If you have any health related issue come up you will be targeted and terminated or pushed to leave for your own sanity. They like to hire to newbies , treat them like minions, and start padding employee files about 4 months prior to a years time. Rinse and repeat
