Good pay for the position Great training program, you aren’t thrown into the deep end which is rare in the insurance industry Most Unit managers and adjusters are very helpful, people look out for each other

Cons

High workload Little opportunity for advancement despite what upper management preaches Preach diversity but I did not see diversity in management

Pros

Great place to learn new skills, tools, and processes. Mentors can be very helpful if you know who to talk to. There's no shortage of work for the designers and researchers.

Cons

Travelers only contributes to your 401K once per year so if you leave the company before December 31, you won't receive your match at all. Stock bonuses also take 3 years to vest, even if you're already fully vested in other funds when you receive the stocks. If you're an in office or hybrid employee you'll have to pay for parking or your own bus pass. There's also too much work for the number if team members we have so some projects have to be turned away.

Great Company; you felt as if you were part of the family.

Cons

Workload was Insane! The amount of claims that were assigned were not manageable; people has to genuinely work off of the clock to manage their claims/diaries.
