Sometimes acts like a much smaller company and is very conservative. Some departments suffer from politics and favoritism.

Local, easy commute. Decent pay with decent benefits. Work culture is very easy going. The majority of the management are very relaxed and easy going.

Cons

Great job to get your foot in the door, but not a place to grow your career. It is easier to transfer departments, than it is to promote the corporate ladder.
