Immediate co-workers were good to work with. Good benefits.

Cons

Toxic work environment. The senior leadership in lending is terrible. A culture of distrust, secrets, and back stabbing are encouraged. Petty bickering, criticizing fellow employees in front of members and other employees. Maybe other departments are better, but not lending. The high turn over tells you all you need to know

Cons

Stressful at times but most jobs are so its hard to call it a con. On some paid holidays you are required to attend company meetings.
