      Great place to work, but there's a lot of misused talent and experience

      -Very stable, you can predict what will come for the most part, Great benefits and competitive pay -Great workers, very talented, and experienced -If you're in the right department, your bosses are some of the best -Cool company and it's involvement in projects with interesting ambassadors and organizations

      Cons

      -Taken over by "yes men" and "yes women" -Hard to be a creative here when your voice is not heard -Passion for the brand is lost in trying to make numbers and ego

      Pros

      Great benefits (401K, medical, dental). Heavy discounts on TravisMathew apparel and Callaway products. Free TopGolf usage.

      Cons

      Poor upper management (Not reliable, don’t understand store operations/ procedures, don’t offer help when necessary and don’t check in on their teams to realize issues). Lack of career development plans and execution. They don’t focus on internal growth, but hire external candidates. NO diversity in the teams. Fraternization is a huge problem causing lots of favoritism.

      Healthcare and retirement benefits (If you last long enough to reap them)

      Extremely high turnover rate. (There are several employees on the departure list weekly) Extreme micro management, Travis Mathew appears to be a fun place to work from the outside. However most non management employees are unhappy and frustrated. Inexperienced management. Lack of vision. Low interoffice morale. Rules Rules Rules
