The company culture at TravisMathew is exceptional. The leadership team fosters a creative and supportive environment where staff are encouraged to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and ultimately make decisions that are best for the business. In my role specifically, our leadership team's constructive feedback has been instrumental in my professional growth.

Cons

To quote Nike - "winning isn't for everybody". Some may find the fast paced environment difficult to operate in, while others who can leverage the opportunity will thrive. (Worth noting work life balance is well managed. I take time when I need it and never feel like my manager is looking over my shoulder.)

-Very stable, you can predict what will come for the most part, Great benefits and competitive pay -Great workers, very talented, and experienced -If you're in the right department, your bosses are some of the best -Cool company and it's involvement in projects with interesting ambassadors and organizations

Cons

-Taken over by "yes men" and "yes women" -Hard to be a creative here when your voice is not heard -Passion for the brand is lost in trying to make numbers and ego
