The only pros about working for this company is that you get their product, Callaway product, and Boardriders product at a discount.

Cons

No diversity. Male dominated company with little room for growth unless your part of the original TM clique. A dictatorship type atmosphere. If you don’t fit in they will find a reason to let you go. Saw it happen to multiple colleagues. You cannot suggest better ways of doing business or it’s frowned upon. Employees at the top that have absolutely no idea what they are doing yet they make critical judgements on those below them.
