Great company culture that promotes a work/life balance. They value creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit and reward those who bring new ideas to the table. The benefits are great and the product is awesome.

Cons

Pros

- Fast growing company, so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist, depending on the role. I got professional development opportunities and received a promotion, while being here. - Great co-workers, who supported me and my growth. I still keep in touch with some of them to this day. - Laid-back environment. - Great team-building and corporate happy hour events.

Cons

- Compensation is okay but could be better. Pool tables, free coffee, discounted merch are all great but will not cultivate culture and retain good employees. Last company meeting I was at it was announced that two more paid holidays and extra week of PTO were added, so that's a start. Main reason I left TM was low pay. - Parking fills up fast. - A lot of office politics that have put my team at a disadvantage. - Upper management is a boy's club.

They cared about making the employees comfortable, listened to their needs, virtual golf and soccer games and ping pong table, 1 hour lunch break optional, easy going.over time optional.

Cons

you will have to be standing up for the whole shift.
