      Pros

      Friendly HQ, they take care of their full-timers, we used to get a Christmas gift and had lots of in store contests

      Cons

      Not much movement, once you get a role, you're set. Only way to get promoted is by becoming a supervisor as regular employee. HQ is disorganized. Also towards end of my time they started doing secret shopping but they would secretly record you, which is creepy.

      Pros

      I’m new to the company, but from day one everyone has been warm, welcoming, and supportive. It’s truly a people-first culture where you feel valued and encouraged to grow. The brand itself is fun, energetic, and creative. I’m excited to continue building my career here!

      Still growing as a company, so some processes are evolving so you have to be adaptable.

      Pros

      Manager was extremely flexible with work schedule and good about requesting time off. Overall most of the team was very nice and a good time to work with. Not too crazy of a work load and decent money if you are full time.

      Cons

      Although we had an amazing manager, there was a lot of favortism towards certain people. Had to constantly speak up about certain employees not doing their job and just on their phone 24/7. Certain positions make more money per hour but do the same exact work as someone making less which can be annoying to deal with. Assistant managers complained a lot about coming into work and it got old after a while especially when associates did more work than them for less money.
