Pros

Startup culture, Can move around and learn multiple areas in analytics, app dev and DE. Food is great.

Cons

Not transparent about crisis, we were informed that only pay cuts would be there and found mangers removed after few weeks. I feel this was the initial set of companies announcing pay cuts in bangalore. Seriously looking like bad cash at hand problem being bootstrapped. Suggestion is to wait and watch for atleast 1 year to see the financial stability. The startup culture is much damaging, they want to conduct a big company thinking like the startup they were 4 years back. Even before covid, the entire teams were worried about loosing one account and then the corona hit and we got paycuts 2 months back. Scaling up without proper planning or funding. Bad strategy of depending on single accounts for income which now is single point of failure. We are moved around roles like BA, DE, DS in the context of 360 degree. This basically has destroyed people who got onboard with highly niche skills in their area. Once you get back to market interviews you do not know anything indepth. A fallout of the lack of money and hence unable to keep people buffer.

Pros

Smart co-workers, Fun environment, Interesting challenges, Good training. Great place to start and build a career in analytics/consulting.

Cons

NOT Cons, but - 1. A fast growing company in its formative stages, so you would have to add a lot beyond your regular work to build the company. 2. A world-class analytics solution firm requires you to stretch yourself to meet goals at times.

Pros

Not a single pro, everything is a con.

Cons

You’ll feel completely drained within just 10 days of joining, and may find yourself willing to leave—even for a lower-paying job—just to find some peace of mind. The work environment is extremely toxic, the kind you’d want to avoid at all costs. There’s no time to eat properly, and even after working hard, you're likely to be verbally abused. People form negative opinions about you far too quickly. You might even get work calls while using the restroom or taking a shower. There’s constant pressure with phrases like “you’re being paid, so you must work, or you’ll be fired.” The atmosphere often feels like psychological torture. Projects are a mess—there’s chaos, blame-games, and high attrition. Women aren't treated respectfully; they’re superficially addressed as "madam" but not genuinely valued. If you’re even slightly late on a task, your entire capability and existence are questioned. Conversations happen in aggressive, unprofessional Hindi—more like a noisy fish market than a workplace. Office gossip is rampant, like a local neighborhood full of busybodies. Some employees are given unnecessary importance, while the actual contributors suffer. If those few disruptive people were removed, half the work would become easier. People are so frustrated that mass resignations are common. In the retail project I worked on, 10 people resigned within just 2 months due to this behavior. The company refuses to change, and if things continue like this, it will either shut down or be sold off cheaply.
