      Pros

      The positive of working here was the free company merchandise and food. Additionally, the shift workers were great and most of the time had a cheerful attitude.

      Cons

      The senior management team were a disaster. You could not be authentic and yourself. Additionally, the production manager would constantly ask why shift employees are going to see HR and what are they discussing. You constantly had a feeling of being watched and thus it was a toxic work environment. I had to leave in less than 1 year as it was deeply affecting my mental health.
