Pros

Small business with a bunch of rather fantastic people to work with, you will end up becoming friends with everyone if you so choose. Job is not strenuous and most of us end up leaving with a smile on our face.

Cons

Treehouse is a small business, not a place where you can move up in the world. Only good for making money on the side.

Pros

I worked there as a temp for about three months. I worked as a seasonal candy packer there. The work is very easy to accomplish, but it can get overwhelming because you sometimes have to multi-task; inspect the candy and remove the ones that are not good enough to be sold and check the line ahead to make sure the machine is working correct and do this all at the same time. It does not sound too bad, but to me it took a while to get used to do it. I do not mind working in the sweet smelling factory and the best thing was the people there are really nice. It makes difference.

Cons

I would say that it wouldn't hurt if the compensation was better. I do not know how much the full time employees are paid though. Other downside... well you are working with candies, and when you don't pay attention where you are walking, you can step on the candies on the floor. This is really not too bad though. Other thing would be that you have to on your feet the whole time you work. It can get tiring, but if you invest for a pair of good working shoes, that won't matter either. One more thing, you don't notice when you are in the factory, but you will notice as soon as you leave that you smell like candy!!
