      Fun environment to work in. Lots of available work. Money is decent for the most part. Team works together to complete task

      A lot of miscommunication between the uppers aka the white coats and those working out in the actual production floor workers

      Too many inexperienced leaders. Micro management. Too many processes rolled out without added headcount to support.
