      Pros

      The company provides affordable health insurance, and they also match a reasonable amount of 401k with their employees.

      Cons

      Some lines (especially my line) have to work almost every Saturday without any rotation schedule. They do not pay enough, and we don’t have certain holidays off.

      Good company to work for with good healthcare benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision care. Good employer/employee relationship. Yearly incentive bonus program for salaried employees.

      Cons

      Corporate management tends to not like suggestions and ideas from lower level management teams that have had numerous years of experience in their business unit.
