Procedural problems - Cumbersome approval process, changes are made but rarely communicated until enough people complain. Lackluster sales team. Virtually zero Executive leadership for the past two years. Two Presidents resigned within a year of each other. Culture is nonexistent. Office environment is outdated and blaze. Company operates much like one 20 - 30 years ago. Rarely any promoting from within. Pretty much everyone here that was hired was brought in from the outside, and it is evident that management is in no way a good judge of character.
