      Pros

      I really enjoy the team I work with. Most employees have the option of living elsewhere and working from another office.

      Cons

      The Company is currently going through a painful transition. Turnover is very high. Communication between employee groups is very inefficient.

      Pros

      The company provides decent pay and there is a lot to learn and a lot of places to move around albeit only lateral moves. There is a lot of automation which makes the job easier than having tons of manual labor to do.

      Cons

      Some of the people are nice to work with but there is a lot of talk behind people's backs. Management clearly shows favoritism to senior employees and constantly changes policies whenever convenient to get something done. Everyone is so caught up in themselves they always try to blame someone else for shortcomings.
