      Benefits are decent, forced overtime sucks. Break room is nice. 20 min breaks are nice.

      Cons

      High deductible medical plans, low premiums. Must wear hairnet, hard hat, safety glasses and steel toe. Lots of overtime. Limited wage progression, can earn a max $23hr

      I worked in a union shop so pay for the job was pretty nice.

      Cons

      Messed up paychecks. Had to keep track of my own hours. Heard stories of timeclocks not working properly and upper management trying to place responsibility on employee(s). Good bit of harassment from other employees, as well as other employees trying to usurp authority which they did not have. Was not given proper training for job I was hired to do even after months of being there. Couldn't understand what most of the people were saying half the time as they didn't know English very well. The list goes on...
