      Executives are not on a path to success. Leadership team only cares about the bottom line. Treat their employees poorly.

      The people you work with ate very nice and help you out when you need it.

      Cons

      If you don't want to work a lot of overtime then this job is not for you. Seems like we were always shorthanded.

      Good pay and benefits, lots of hours

      Cons

      Very inconsistent HR dept, some people (usually the better ones) are fired for not following policy while others (usually the not so good workers) seem to be able to do whatever they wish. Management does not listen to each other, let alone its employees who butter their bread. Without people who actually produce there is no need for management. Advancement seems based more on who you know rather than what you know.
