Pros

Location. Benefits. Treated fairly in the end.

Cons

Too many and too much of the old ConAgra culture transferred to Treehouse when they purchased the private brands business from ConAgra. Shortly after acquisition (7 months) began laying off employees. No local opportunities for growth within the company. Slow to make process and procedure improvements.

Pros

Treehouse Foods is made up a large network of manufacturing facilities. For the most part they develop their own business culture that is modeled off of THS values. It becomes a very friendly atmosphere at the local location, blending Corporate values and the local values residents/employees look for.

Cons

There is great pressure to perform and meet goals, as is common with publicly traded companies.

Pros

no pros in working for this company unless you do not care how you are treated.

Cons

They treat employees very poorly. The company is being sued now and is cutting costs by laying off people and shutting down plants.
