Pros
Pay is great. Benefits are great. Insurance premiums are affordable. 5% 401k match.
Cons
Company is very disorganized from the top down. Corporate provides little support to plant level but stays involved without offering recommendations for real improvement. Little confidence that corporate understands how to run a business and make profits. Don’t be fooled but the “profit margins” of 2023. That looks good because they sold a portion of the business. Management team sticks their head in the sand and no one is held accountable when things go wrong, which is daily. The same break down in the process/chain continue to occur. Management does not support HR, safety, or process/continuous improvement initiatives.
