      Benefits are on par. Safety incentive programs are good Employees work well together

      Cons

      LIfe = you will have none. 6, 12 hour days a week Standing for the entire 12 hours. Upper management is disconnected from everything.

      Enjoyed working with my peers.

      Cons

      Confusion; hiring Branded people to run a PVL company; leadership not willing to listen to the people who work with the customers; company is run by the operations team, they don't work with the customers; Senior Team isn't telling the truth to the sales team.

      Opportunity to transfer within all locations in the USA. Most pay levels are eligible for a bonus. Vacation time is competitive.

      Cons

      Each location appears to be independently managed rather than all rules apply to all locations including corporate ranches. Company is still reorganizing after Conagra private brand buyout resulting in positions being eliminated.
