      People, TreeHouse Foods is really good at hiring highly qualified people and prmoting a team environment.

      Lacking across the board when it comes to standard operating procedures. Have to rely on tribal knowledge too often.

      The O.T and payed double time

      Cons

      HR and management are fake and care about no one but them selfs, plant is old and roach infested locker rooms ect. They treat you like slaves/ no life.
