      Pros

      Great company with a great atmosphere. They are very welcoming and informative. The stl set up has basically no offices, so my bosses boss just sits two people away from me so. It's nice because she has a sense of what goes on on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      Job security. We just merged and there are always rumors going around about the "next wave of cuts"

      After purchase of CAG Private Brands, severe growing pains. TreeHouse has made good effort to deal with situation but doesn't totally eliminate issues.
