      Pros

      Work straight shifts. Climate control in the coffee bays. Free coffee on break. I really don't have very much good to say about this company.

      Cons

      Micro managed, all about the numbers, last minute notice on Over Time, not enough training time, pay is terrible for line workers and dumpers, no communication from management. Treat their employees poorly.

      I liked the work I was hired for.

      Cons

      Terrible management and supervisors. Not a friendly place to work, no balance with family. You will put in many hours. There is a reason why they are always hiring.
