      There are pros and cons

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are top notch. Manager was awesome and provided me with a lot of autonomy in my position, which allowed me to learn a lot within the role and overall business strategy and plans.

      Cons

      Overall, company direction seemed unclear. Not much training was provided, and the workload was very heavy most of the time.

      Little direction from leadership with functions in silos. Many product categories but lack of focus on where and how to grow. Zero work life balance.
