Pros

There are no pros to submit.

Cons

Shift work schedule not consistent. One month you might work 4 days a week, then 5 days a week the next month. They don’t treat their employees very well. There’s no training program. Always changing the rules as they go along.

Pros

Work load is high but the company provides good benefits and compensation. Site management group works well together to get things done.

Cons

Corporate management is clueless. It was a great company when it was Treehouse. The purchase of the Ralcorp business from ConAgra should have strengthened the overall company. Instead of taking the best practices from both companies and becoming better, they adopted all ConAgra’s policies. The joke at the plant is the name should be TreeAgra.
