      Pros

      Private Label is a winning space in the ever changing and competitive grocery landscape.

      Cons

      TreeHouse does not know how to accurately price, simplify, harness resources, leverage suppliers and cost products to maintain margin. Micromanagement and acting more like a widget than a food company are also contributors to employee unhappiness.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, good benefits, nice location to raise a family. Plant people were great and used to love working there.

      Cons

      Lost direction. Spending so much time collecting data can’t react to it. Bloated leadership numbers that can’t be justified or paid for.

      Pros

      The people that you work with are very nice. That was a huge plus.

      Cons

      Mostly an all male company although I do think they are "trying" to change that. Management is completely uninterested in developing a work/life balance. Currently no telecommuting option. Requires more travel than is listed on job postings and management doesn't seem to understand when you try to get out of traveling. People do have lives!.
