      Pros

      The people in St. Louis have always been wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Too much wasted time and work doing non-value added tasks. Top level management needs to let people do their jobs and give them the time and resources to do their that effectively.

      Pros

      Company operates in a growing space. Lots of opportunity to develop new ideas that can grow the business. Values driven organization with very solid benefits.

      Cons

      Company changed for the worse when former President left in 2016. He articulated clear vision for the company thus empowering employees to act independently and expediently toward a well defined end game. After his departure CEOs convoluted presentations confused leaders and slowed decision making dramatically. Business has struggled ever since. Stock price has plunged to 6 year low and employees no longer feel they can advance in the organization.
