      Pros

      Good people from legacy companies like Ralcorp, which was an amazing place to work pre-CAG, and THS.

      Cons

      Discriminatory - let go after being diagnosed with MS, horrible management without a clue that if you treat employees well, they will work hard and your company will succeed. It seems common sense has been forgotten and unfortunately companies like Ralcorp are a thing of the past.
